Professor emeritus David Noer in the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business has been cited twice in recent weeks in influential business publications.

Vowing to uphold their alma mater’s deepest values, freshmen gathered in Alumni Gym on Thursday morning to pledge their commitment to honesty, integrity, responsibility and respect — the foundation of ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ’s honor code — at the fourth annual Call to Honor ceremony.

Troy Martin, associate director of academic advising, utilized a staff sabbatical and a summer research grant from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro to examine educational practice in the developing democratic nations of South Africa and Uganda during July, 2009.

In August 2007, Taylor Trensch '11 began his freshman year in ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ’s music theatre program. One of the first people he met was then-senior Matt Shingledecker '08, who became his mentor in the program. Little did either know that two years down the road, they’d meet each other again – this time as castmates in the first national tour of the Tony Award-winning musical “Spring Awakening.”
