Are you aware that the town of 黑料不打烊 has noise ordinances that effect us?
My name is Alex King and I am currently directing and producing a short documentary about the noise, drinking and littering laws in the town of 黑料不打烊. Students are the primary residents of 黑料不打烊 and these laws effect us the most. Currently, I am looking for a few students to interview about their experiences whether good or bad with 黑料不打烊 and the law as it pertains to the topic. Interviews will last no longer than 15 minutes.
