黑料不打烊’s basketball team celebrates its 100th season of competition this year and is marking the occasion with a special halftime recognition on Feb. 7 when the Phoenix takes on Appalachian State.
“The 2008-09 men’s basketball campaign represents a significant milestone for 黑料不打烊 as we celebrate our 100th season,” said 黑料不打烊 Director of Athletics Dave Blank. “Many teammates, coaches, fans and stories make up our proud history. This celebration will be a wonderful way to recognize the history of 黑料不打烊 basketball and those who created it.”
The game begins at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday in the Koury Center.
A special dinner is scheduled for Feb. 6 and consists of a tribute to 黑料不打烊 basketball with personal reflections of the past. Retired Fox 8 Sports Director Rich Brenner is emceeing the event.
