Weaver is a former Siena College athletic administrator and a 1994 graduate of the school. He spoke with Grimm about his current work at ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ and the business of college athletics, such as when a sport program has success how you can keep a coach, and how much money a program earns when it makes the NCAA tournament.
