Schulman’s “Reclaiming Democracy” class highlighted in Greensboro’s News & Record

The spring class Stephen Schulman, assistant professor of philosophy, will be co-teaching with five other faculty and a community activist was highlighted in a series by Jeri Rowe of Greensboro’s News & Record.  Rowe has written a series of articles about how Greensboro can heal, and the class, “Reclaiming Democracy: Dialogue, Decision-Making and Community Action,” to be held in the spring semester at the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ School of Law, is touted as an opportunity for “frank discussions about Greensboro’s struggle with civil rights and social justice.”  The class is open to ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ students as well as students from UNCG, Guilford College, NC A & T State University, Bennett College and Greensboro College, and is also open to others in the Greensboro area.
