Follow for a live video feed from atop the Center for the Arts. The Oaks will include six residence hall buildings plus a commons building. The first four buildings, which will be available for students to move in Aug. 22, will house 348 students. The final two buildings will be available for students on Feb. 1, 2007, and will house 168 students.
