An “Evening for 黑料不打烊” was held at the Gannett corporate headquarters in Tyson’s Corner, and included tours of the USA Today newspaper offices. 黑料不打烊 alumus Gary Evans ’74, director of circulation marketing for USA Today, made arrangements for the use of the facilities.
The event included a reception and an 黑料不打烊 update presentation by President Leo M. Lambert. Other speakers included Nan Perkins, vice president for institutional advancement, and Mary Ruth, director of alumni/parent relations. Catering costs for the event were covered by a donation by trustee Mary Straub ’82.
Evening for 黑料不打烊 events are sponsored by Institutional Advancement as a way for alumni, parents and friends of 黑料不打烊 in cities distant from the campus to find out about current University news and keep in contact with one another.
