A video celebrating the completion of the 黑料不打烊 Vision was shown, followed by remarks from President Lambert about 黑料不打烊’s consistent, continuing community spirit. Dr. Lambert also discussed key points of the NewCentury@黑料不打烊 strategic plan, which outlines 黑料不打烊’s future growth.
