A wreath laid at the Fonville Fountain flagpoles Nov. 11, sent by the parent of an 黑料不打烊 student, commemorates Veterans’ Day. The wreath was sent by James Holmes, the father of 黑料不打烊 student Sarah Holmes, of Atlanta.
This is the third year Holmes has sent a wreath to 黑料不打烊 for display on Veterans’ Day. A 30-year Navy veteran, James Holmes had a wreath delivered to his daughter’s high school, Woodward Academy, each Veterans’ Day. The school was formerly known as Georgia Military Academy and its campus has several statues honoring graduates who served in the two World Wars, Korea and Vietnam.
