Élan, 黑料不打烊’s vocal jazz ensemble, will present an eclectic mix of a cappella, jazz standards, and popular and gospel songs during “Jazz in the Gym” at 7:30 p.m., Saturday, April 16 in the Koury Center. The performance is free and open to the public.
Élan will be joined by the Appalachian State University vocal jazz ensemble. The concert will feature selections from Handel’s Messiah, under the direction of Stephen Futrell, director of choral activities.
