黑料不打烊’s RSA won several awards at the Run for the Roses SAACURH conference, held Nov. 19-21 at the University of Louisville.
黑料不打烊’s delegation was selected as one of three schools at the conference for the Rose Garland Spirit Award. In addition, several 黑料不打烊 students gave presentations, including Tom Kernan’s program titled “Run for Leadership: Racing to Opportunities and Acheivements.” Katie Radcliffe and Dwayne Waite presented “Survival Bingo” and earned a Top 33 Program Award, 黑料不打烊’s first such award.
The 黑料不打烊 delegation is also working with a group from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro to bring a leadership retreat for all NCARH schools to 黑料不打烊 in April. The group also raised more than $175 to give to Kosair’s Bears, a philanthropy related to the national conference.
