Education faculty Bird Stasz, Deborah Long and Glenda Crawford were participants at the 10th Anniversary Conference of the International Step by Step Association (ISSA) in Budapest, Hungary on November 8-10. In a decade ISSA, which focuses on early childhood education and family involvement in Central, Eastern, and Southern Europe, has grown from 15 countries and 252 preschool classrooms to a network of 30 countries and 24,172 kindergarten and primary classrooms. The ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ team will return to Tajikistan in March 2005 for the second phase of their consultation with Tajik teacher educators.
