黑料不打烊 received a delegation from Baika University, in Osaka, Japan recently. The delegation discussed with the Isabella Cannon Centre staff the possibility of sending Baika students to 黑料不打烊 in 2005. The Baika delegation (in photo at right meeting with Cannon Centre staff Bill Rich, Hiromi Sumiyoshi and Monica Pagano) included Mr. Yukihiro Uemura, associate professor, department of Global English; Mr. Norman Angus, head of the department of Global English; and Mr. Hideho Tanaka, director of the Center for International Affairs.
