What’s cooking?
ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ and UNCG have one hour to prepare an appetizer/soup, salad, entree and dessert. The teams were given the following ingredients that must be used in the courses:
Appetizer/Soup: Mussels
Salad: Bok Choy
Entree: Veal
Dessert: Lingonberries
Two mystery ingredients will be added 5 minutes prior to the competition that each team must incorporate into two of their dishes.
