Top jazz band students will conclude a two-day festival on the 黑料不打烊 campus with a concert at 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 25 in McCrary Theatre, located in the Center for the Arts.
The concert will feature a combined performance by the 黑料不打烊 Jazz Ensemble and an all-festival ensemble of the top middle school and high school musicians at the festival. The ensemble will join this year’s guest clinicians, Ira Wiggins and Thomas Taylor, together with the 黑料不打烊 Jazz Ensemble, in a rousing finale hosted and directed by 黑料不打烊’s Artist-in-Residence, Jon Metzger.
The concert is free and open to the public.
