Dolores Truitt ’53 of ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ received the 2003 Louise T. Barringer Award from the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Homes for Children Foundation Tuesday, Dec. 2.
The award recognizes Truitt, a longtime member of the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Homes for Children board of directors, for her tireless dedication to ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Homes and the children it serves. Truitt is a former board chair and has served on many of its committees. Her father-in-law, Dr. John G. Truitt, Sr., was a former administrator of the organization.
