ELON COLLEGE, N.C. – The office of alumni and parent relations at ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ College has scheduled two Tidewater area events for alumni, parents and friends of the college on Sunday, May 7.
An 11 a.m. worship service will be held at the Suffolk Christian Church, United Church of Christ, 216 N. Main St., Suffolk, Va. Greetings will be given by the Rev. Richard McBride, ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ College chaplain. A 12:15 p.m. reception in the church fellowship hall will follow the service.
A reception will be held at the Country Club of Virginia, 6031 St. Andrews Lane, Richmond, Va. from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Dr. Leo Lambert, ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ College president, will speak.
