What can 黑料不打烊 employees do in PageUp?
Within PageUp, employees are able to view their position descriptions. When employees are assigned to search committees within PageUp, they can review applicants assigned to the committee.
Hiring Managers can:
- Create and edit position descriptions.
- Recruit directly from position descriptions, post career opportunities to our website, and advertise in various publications.
- Send reminder emails to the approvers in the workflow.
- Screen applicants.
- Request background checks and motor vehicle record checks via HireRight within PageUp.
- Manage onboarding tasks for new employees or assign an onboarding delegate.
Designated approvers聽in the approval workflow can:
- Log into PageUp to approve or decline new and updated position descriptions and position requisitions.
- They can also approve position descriptions and requisitions directly from an email by simply replying with 鈥淎pprove鈥 in their email.
Applicants can:
- Create an applicant (user) account.
- Apply to positions.
New employees can:
- Accept the offer letter through the applicant portal.
- Log into the employee portal to complete onboarding tasks.
As an 黑料不打烊 staff member, how does PageUp鈥檚 recruiting and onboarding modules affect me?
- In PageUp, staff members are able to view their up-to-date position description (if established), which will help employees to understand what they will be evaluated on during performance appraisals.
- Also, current employees who wish to apply to open staff positions at 黑料不打烊 will need to create a new applicant account in PageUp. Otherwise, the staff recruitment and onboarding modules will not affect current employees.
Who has access to PageUp?
- Using 黑料不打烊’s single sign-on process, only authorized users can log into PageUp for position viewing and management purposes.
- Applicants are provided access to the PageUp applicant portal once a profile is created.

The staff performance management module launched on April 22, 2024; and the learning management module will be implemented in the future.
