Brief Biography
Brooks Depro currently holds the position of Associate Professor of Economics at ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ. Before joining ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ, he spent 20 years working with , a non-profit research institute in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. Brooks is also a U.S. Marine Corps veteran.
Dr. Depro serves as a faculty advisor for the B.S.B.A. program in Economic Consulting and works as a faculty advocate for the Center for Organizational Analytics. Dr. Depro is also a member of the advisory board for the Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) minor.
His research focuses on teaching economics, markets, and the environment. His recent teaching contributions in and appear in the International Review of Economics Education. The Martha and Spencer Love School of Business has recognized him with the Dean's Award for Excellence in Teaching. The award recognizes a faculty member who exemplifies the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ teacher-scholar model.
